Q: Are Mat intensives better than the Academy?
A: Our Core Mat I, II, and III courses cover the same materials and earn the same certificate regardless of format. The Mat intensives and Mat Academy are equal in quality; it is the structure/format of the curriculum that is designed differently to accommodate different learning styles.
