STEP 1 - Enroll in Core Mat 1
Anyone that is interested in becoming a Pilates teacher may enroll in Core Mat 1. Core Mat 1 provides you with the knowledge needed to teach Beginner exercises to beginner clients. Upon enrollment you will receive a free Classical Mat Pilates video that you must use to practice in preparation for your teacher training course.
You may enroll in Core Mat 1 in-person at a studio near you, or online thru our Mat Academy.

You will receive a Core Mat 1 Beginner Teacher Certificate upon successful completion of this course. Most studios and gyms will not hire you with only this certificate, you will need to move on to Core Mat 2.
STEP 2 - Enroll in Core Mat 2
Anyone who has completed Core Mat 1, may register for Core Mat 2. Core Mat 2 provides you with the knowledge needed to teach beginner and intermdiate exercises to all clients. This certificate is typically required to teach Pilates Mat classes at a studio, gym or community center.
You may enroll in Core Mat 2 in-person at a studio near you, or online thru our Mat Academy.

You will receive a Core Mat 2 Intermediate Teacher Certificate upon successful completion of this course.
STEP 3 - Enroll in the Comprehensive Program
Anyone who has completed Core Mat 2, may enroll in the Comprehensive program. This is fastest pathway to becoming a full certified Pilates instructor. You will be given the tools to teach classes, private and semi-private formats on all pieces of Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Reformer and Wunda CHair. The Power Pilates Comprehensive program is the industry leading Classical Pilates certification. Earning this prestigious certifiate provides you the knowledge to teach in any Pilates studio worldwide.
COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM - 600 HOUR CERTIFICATION
COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM (APPARATUS TRAINING)
APPARATUS 1, 2 & 3
The Comprehensive program can be separated into 3 separate successive levels: Apparatus 1, Apparatus 2 and Apparatus 3. This path is best for those who require more financial and schedule flexibility.
You will receive a Comprehensive Certificate upon successful completion of this course.
There is no online distance learning option for Comprehensive training.

Those wishing to receive a Complete Mat certification may either enroll in the Complete Mat program or choose to enter Core Mat 3 after completing Core Mat 2.

This full certification may be earned completely online through our Complete Mat Academy.
CORE MAT 3 Choose the learning environment best for you
Those who have completed Core Mat 2 may enroll in Core Mat 3. Core Mat 3 provides instructors with the ability to teach advanced exercises to advanced clients.
You will receive a Core Mat 3 Advanced Mat Teacher Certificate upon successful completion of this full program.
COMPLETE PILATES REFORMER
Those wishing to receive a Complete Reformer certification must first complete Core Mat 1.
After completing Core Mat 1 students are welcome to enter the Complete Reformer program or the Reformer 1, and Reformer 2 and 3 progressively.
COMPLETE REFORMER PROGRAM
This certification must be earned by completing 300 hours of lecture and in-studio practice.
This program may also me completed by taking each level of training sequentially.
There is no online distance learning option for Reformer training.
You will receive an Advanced Reformer Teacher Certificate upon successful completion of this full progam.
